Methodology: For countries missing GHG emission data, values were imputed using a regression model predicting GHG emissions fom CDIAC CO2 emissions. For countries missing land-use emissions, values were imputed based on the regional average of land-use emissions were square kilometer.

GHG emissions and land-use emissions were summed and divided by 2005 population.
